Assuming you've checked all contacts for corrosion??
If so, the closest and most reputable place for motor work is Smithville Marine. Dont plan on getting the boat back anytime soon though from hear say. They seem to give their customers that buy boats top priority. I had a Skeeter in there for 4 months to have a dash bezel replaced. Fortunately it was during the winter months.

Try disconnecting all of the wires to the batterys. Then try to charge. If they charge, then you have to find the wire that is causing the batterys to drain (steal the charge). If they don't charge, then 1 or all of your batterys are bad or the charging system itself is bad. Unlikely that all of the batterys are bad. I bet you have a shorted wire somehwere.
